These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SabiSanou ("SabiSanou", "we", "us"), a dating and social platform currently operated by Ayush Mutum, an individual based in India ("Operator"). If SabiSanou is later operated through a registered company, that company will replace the Operator under these Terms and we will update this page accordingly. By creating an account or using SabiSanou in any way, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Safety page, all of which are part of this agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old to use SabiSanou. We collect and check your date of birth at signup and reject registrations from anyone under 18. Misrepresenting your age is grounds for immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities. By using SabiSanou you also confirm you are not barred from using our services under any applicable law, and that you are not on any government watch list or sanctions list.
You sign up with a Google account or a verified email address — SabiSanou does not use phone-number verification. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials and any device you're signed in on secure. One person, one account — creating multiple accounts, or an account on behalf of someone else, or an account for anyone other than yourself, is not allowed and may result in termination of all associated accounts.
Your first profile photo must clearly show your face and is checked — by both an automated system and, where flagged, human review — before your profile becomes visible to other members. Additional photos you add later don't need to show your face but are still screened to block nudity, violence, and unlawful content. This automated screening is performed using a third-party AI model (currently Google Gemini); by uploading a photo you consent to it being processed for this purpose. See our Privacy Policy for details on how this processing works and what is or isn't retained.
You agree that all photos and information on your profile are genuinely your own, current, and not misleading. Profiles are manually reviewed before approval; we may reject, suspend, or remove any profile at our discretion, including after approval, if we later determine it violates these Terms.
You retain ownership of the photos, messages, and other content you submit to SabiSanou ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant SabiSanou a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the service to you and the members you interact with (for example, showing your profile photo to other members, or delivering your messages to your matches). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where a copy is retained for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy (for example, to investigate a safety report filed shortly before deletion).
Violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban, at our discretion, as described in our Community Guidelines. Two or more open reports against a profile may automatically hide it pending review.
Video Chat randomly pairs you with another approved member for a live video and audio call. These calls are transmitted directly between members' devices (peer-to-peer) wherever possible — SabiSanou does not record or store the video or audio content of your calls. You may end a call, and report or block the other member, at any time from within the call.
You agree not to record, screenshot, or redistribute any part of a Video Chat call without the other participant's explicit consent, and not to use Video Chat for any purpose prohibited under Section 5. Because you are connected with another real person in real time, you are solely responsible for your own conduct and for the reasonable precautions described in our Safety page. SabiSanou is not liable for the conduct, statements, or actions of any member during a Video Chat call.
SabiSanou provides a small, curated library of tracks (sourced or licensed by us for this purpose) that you may select and play during a Video Chat call so your match hears it too. This library is not user-uploadable — you cannot add, upload, or play your own audio files. Tracks are provided for real-time playback during a call only; you may not download, extract, or redistribute them for any other purpose.
Any paid plan (e.g. SabiSanou Plus) renews automatically on the stated interval until you cancel it from Settings; cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. One-time purchases (e.g. Boosts, Gold Verified) are billed once at checkout. All payments are processed by Razorpay; SabiSanou does not receive or store your card, UPI, or bank details. Displayed prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Purchases are generally non-refundable once the paid feature has been activated or used, except where a refund is required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 or other applicable Indian law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at ayushmutum6@gmail.com and we will review it promptly.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings — this is permanent and cannot be undone (see our Privacy Policy for exactly what is removed). We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law, or if we believe your account poses a safety risk to the community. Where we remove content or suspend an account in response to a complaint or legal request, we will act on it as required under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
SabiSanou screens profiles through a mix of automated checks and human review, but we cannot and do not guarantee the identity, intentions, background, or real-world conduct of any member, and we make no guarantee that you will find a match or that any interaction will lead to any particular outcome. SabiSanou is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Meeting people online carries inherent risk — please read and follow our Safety page, especially before meeting anyone in person.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising from your use of SabiSanou or your interactions with other members — whether online, over a call, or in person — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of SabiSanou is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Operator harmless from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of SabiSanou, or your interactions with other members, to the extent permitted by law.
The SabiSanou name, logo, and app design are the property of the Operator and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission. This does not affect your ownership of Your Content as described in Section 4.
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example as SabiSanou adds new features. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and where a change is material we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you in-app. Continuing to use SabiSanou after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to Section 16, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of SabiSanou is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Imphal, Manipur.
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the details of the Grievance Officer are:
